Exceptional Breakfast and Friendly Staff

I had a fantastic one-night stay with a spotless room featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering fluffy pancakes and fresh scrambled eggs, along with a great selection of beverages. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did notice some noise from the hallways, which could be improved upon.

I loved the room's spacious layout, but found the valet service confusing.

Enjoyed the spacious Deluxe King Room, complete with high ceilings and big windows offering nice views. The evening Kickback was a pleasant surprise with a buffet of snacks and drinks. The breakfast spread had plenty to satisfy morning appetites with options like eggs and pancakes.

While the valet service worked fine, the parking fees felt steep, especially for a one-night stay. The breakfast area had some uncomfortable seating arrangements that made it challenging during the crowded morning rush. The noise from the hallways could be intrusive at times, particularly during busy periods.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The indoor pool was a nice relaxing spot, and the 5:30 kickback with free drinks and bar food was such a treat. Breakfast offered freshly made pancakes that were delightful, too. I'd definitely return for another visit!

The hotel is located conveniently close to major attractions, making it ideal for business travelers.

Historic building ambiance

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and had high ceilings, making it feel luxurious. The views of downtown were great, which added to the ambiance. I also liked the cleanliness of the room. But, the layout was a bit confusing at first, and the pool was located in the basement, which isn't typical. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it might surprise some guests.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a great location just a short walk from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the evening dinner and drinks were unexpected bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Valet parking was fab! The building is a stunner and super clean, with cozy rooms that are surprisingly quiet since it’s downtown.

But dear, my room did look like the previous guests had a pizza party—sans the party of course!
